2 years agoI believe I canceled this subscription last summer. My daughter is almost 15 and is in sports and working, no time for this subscription. Unfortunately, you charged my credit card without my permission. Please let me know what I need to do get this processed.

2 years agoThey continue to charge renewal fees for second year in a row after cancellation. Unable to re-cancel a subscription that has already been cancelled. Customer service is non-existent and they just refer you to Apple. Shouldn’t be Apple’s problem….should be Simply Piano’s.

2 years agoI selected "No Auto" renewal, but was charged $119 on October 13th, 2021 for another year of Premium membership. I tried to cancel but there was no way to do so. You can keep the one month Charge up to Nov 13th 2021, but please refund me the charges for the rest of the year starting Nov , 2021 to Nov, 2022. Thank you!

3 years agoI can't get an answer so please cancel immediately my subscription to the premium courses. This cancellation includes all automatic renewals. Your customer service is nonexistent. 3 years agoWe canceled the app last summer (June 2020). You just charged our card for 2021 which you never should have since we canceled last summer and do not have this app. I am disputing the charges.
