2 years agoI want to cancel my subscription. This product did not work for me, and it has been well over 2 months. On top of that it is very inconvenient that I have to type to you why I choose not to continue with this product. When you all make it very easy to sign up. Far warning If any money is removed from my account again, THIS company will be hearing from my lawyers and from what I am reading from other consumers they are asking to cancel yet money is being taken from their bank accounts. I do have copied of the complaints already printed. WHAT A COMPLETE RIP OFF AND THEFT OF PEOPLES MONEY!!! 3 years agoI started recieving this product and I don't even know why and I even tried canceling it and I'm still recieving it. I've tried to find a number to call them and I even installed the app afterwards just to get it cancelled but I can't get rid of it. It needs to stop. I don't want it charged to my account and I don't want the product.

3 years agoStop taking money out of customers accounts when they’ve cancelled their membership. That is theft. Have reported you to the police and my bank. You have very bad customer service and are very rude to customers. My bank has blocked you from stealing money from my account. I still haven’t received my supplements even though you took out £9.00 from my account on the 6/8/21. This is unacceptable and illegal and criminal. If you’re not going to send my supplements to me, then give me my money back ASAP or I’ll sue your company. You have very bad reviews and I regret ever dealing with you.
