I have tried to cancel this account several times and am still getting billed for it. I am reporting this to the BBB and even though this will be an inconvenience, I am authorizing my bank to stop any an all payments to you from this point on. I would like a refund of payments sent to you, but if that is not happening then any more unauthorized payments you take will result in my instituting a law suit against you and your company.
