7 months agoHello, I used your service to look up a phone number. I was told I would pay just £0.90 to get the details of the number after paying it was told that you haven't got the details of the number. Few days later I got a debit of £49 which is insane. I never opted to subscribe, please I need a refund, I wasn't told it was a subscription. I just got debit now so I haven't used the service, please give me a refund I want my money back. Thanks.

1 year agoOnly wanted to look up one number which cost .99 and which I paid for by credit card. 7 days later my credit card is hit with $89 for a subscription. I emailed the company explaining my intent, but their response, sorry, but you should have read our T&C's, NO REFUND. Totally unprofessional and in my view a scam.

2 years agoI need to cancel this I was told I would only be charged a $1.00. But not only was a charged a $1.00 but I was also charged $9.99 and an additional $48.22. I would like a refund back for all of it. The stupid website didn't even work even after paying. Thank you!
