3 years agoEverytime i try to reload my tim card it say oops something went wrong please try again later. None of my methods of payment work or will go through. Please fix this! I don't know if its a glitch in the system or if my cards have been flagged for some reason. I used the mobile order all the time and now have to wait in line instead of skipping it

3 years agoI had a tim hortons rewards card with 220 points on it and I lost the card, so I want to deactivate it and get a new account, Jessica from customer support has said that I could get my points trsnsferred to the new account. Tomorrow I will get a new card from a store and I will then register it, I want to use the same name and e-mail address linked to my now lost card, How do I do this? i DO NOT HAVE A SMARTPHONE AND THEREFORE HAVE TO DO EVERYTHING FROM MY COMPUTER, NOT FROM AN APP. i ALSO SON;T SUBSCRIBE TO FACEBOOK, YOUTUBE,,, My card number was: G7JJ - JDP7 - 7L6K
