I've used Patient Portal on my Iphone 6 for some time. It was great! Yesterday, I was instructed to link to the main Dignity Health site where you can make appointments, which you can't do on My Portal. After several hours of following emailed links, talking to tech support, trying everything, I can't get in to My Portal. I can only get into the main site to make appointments, but none of my information is showing there, either. I think the problem is that my Iphone 6 will not upgrade to ios 13, which is needed! Nothing to warn me about that! I would never have tried, or had the app that was working so well, rendered useless. A real shame. Tech sent me link and temporary passwords, etc., and we still could not get into my current records or providers. Tech thought I should get a new Iphone! I just bought a new battery, and all my other apps are working just fine! (Of course I won't buy a new phone just to use one broken app!) If I didn't really like my doctor, I would find a new provider. Always something with Dignity!
