Deleting from Smartphone 📱


Delete on iPhone:


  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold POINT - Volunteer near you until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the POINT - Volunteer near you app.

Delete on Android:


  1. Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
  2. Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
  3. Choose POINT - Volunteer near you, » then click "Uninstall".

2. Your volunteer feed is personalized based on the causes you pick, and you can filter by the times you’re free.

3. There are 20 cause categories on POINT (think: poverty, education, homelessness, climate, etc.) and you can choose to follow any, or all, of them.

4. Along with the POINT app, nonprofits and other organizations have access to the POINT dashboard, where they can post events and manage volunteers.

5. You can meet new people from your community, or you can share the event with your squad (because hey, sometimes you need to shake things up).

6. You can also discover all the local nonprofits working for a specific cause by clicking into the icon.

7. Find an event you’re excited about? Simply tap "go” and show up.

8. POINT will tell you all the information you need to know on the app, before you arrive.

9. See who else is going to volunteer, so you know you won’t show up alone.
