1 year agoOn 6/12/2023, I ordered {#180) a large Detroit Style Triple-Roni Pizza from 2823 Coolidge Hwy, Berkley, MI 48072 prompted by a coupon that advertised a price of $15.99. When I arrived to the store, I was told that the coupon would not be honored since I texted the order, and the bill was $19.33. So I canceled the order, and started a new order (#199), using the coupon which turned out to be $16.95. I expected a refund of the $19.33, but when looking at my bank statement, I see two charges: $33.29 as well as $16.95. On 6/14/2023, I received a refund of $13.95 instead of the corrected $33.29 which is still a mystery figure. To make it right, there should be an additional $19.34.
