Deleting from Smartphone 📱
Delete on iPhone:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold PLAYERTEK until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the PLAYERTEK app.
Delete on Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
- Choose PLAYERTEK, » then click "Uninstall".

1 year agoHi,I received a donation of 15 x playertek devices from an english football club.I manage a junior football club and was looking forward to letting my team getting the use out of these vests.I contacted Catapult to set up a subscription with them.They have refused to do this for me stating that the devices cannot be re used by other users due to data protection laws.They are refusing to help me in anyway with this.This is very disappointing.Can you help? Martin
