Note before cancelling:

1. The developer of Moon FM is Deng Ming Gao and all inquiries go to them.
2. Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of Deng Ming Gao to know if they support self-serve subscription cancellation:

🌐 Cancel directly via Moon FM

1. 🌍 Contact Moon FM Support


2. Mail Moon FM requesting that they cancel your account:
3. Login to your Moon FM account.
4. In the menu section, look for any of these: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".
5. Click the link, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

End Moon FM subscription on iPhone/iPad:

1. Goto Settings » ~Your name~ » "Subscriptions".
2. Click Moon FM (subscription) » Cancel

Cancel subscription on Android:

1. Goto Google PlayStore » Menu » "Subscriptions"
2. Click on Moon FM - The Podcasts App
3. Click "Cancel Subscription".

💳 Cancel Moon FM on Paypal:

1. Goto Paypal.com .
2. Click "Settings" » "Payments" » "Manage Automatic Payments" (in Automatic Payments dashboard).
3. You'll see a list of merchants you've subscribed to.
4. Click on "Moon FM" or "Deng Ming Gao" to cancel.
