This page is as unusable as the app. My subscription is a trial (I think!) is it is impossible to rate the service here (as Evil.) KIA Access put me off KIA for life!

I got a Kia Soul 2022 earlier this year. Some kind of Kia Access (UVO) (trial?) was activated at purchase. I would like to know the exact steps to take to ensure that this subscription does not renew. (It never showed up in my Subscriptions on my iPhone so it was probably subscribed in some other way at the dealership.) Thanks.

I recently acquired a Kia Seltos 2022 in Puerto Rico but UVO service is not available in PR, the system is always trying to activate it and while doing so it blocks the radio functions, maps, Bluetooth, and everything else. How I can disconnect or reset UVO to avoid this problem? it is a really annoying issue. Thanks
