Alternatively, users can choose to subscribe for 3 months for $24.99, 6 months for $44.99, or 12 months for $79.99. The subscription provides full access to the app and all its features. The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Users can manage their subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in their account settings. Refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

1 year agoHi, Today, the amount of 100.99usd for the gymstreak subscription was debited from my account, unfortunately, due to medical advice, I can no longer practice this type of exercises, and I even deleted the application, thinking that it would automatically cancel my subscription. I would like to ask for a refund of the amount, as I no longer use the services. Regards

2 years agoHow do I get the refund? I was late by few minutes to cancel the subscription and I am charged the full annual fee. Can you please refund me the amount? It is also too much for me to pay upfront as a student.

2 years agoHi I purchased the year access it’s due to expire on 27 June 2023 but it won’t let me cancel the subscription on my Apple ID account. I have then deleted my account on the app then tried to log back in and it won’t let me restore my purchase. Please can I cancel the future renewal. Thanks, Hannah Wilinski

2 years agoI installed the app and forgot about it and i didn't even use it at all. Also i didn’t choose the subscription plan that suits me. Then i discovered that the app deducted from me annual fees without my permission . Please i need refund and let me choose the subscription plan .
