2 years agoI messaged you before and you never responded. I want to know why the app is not working? I have done everything you suggest to get it started back up again and nothing works so I know it is not on my end it’s on yours. I see LOTS of people saying that the app is working. When are you going to get it up an running. We keep telling you. This having September to on Thursday before Labor Day. It was off for 2 weeks then suddenly back on. I have a subscription I and others would like to see it up and running again.

2 years agoYesterday a subscription renewed for 3 months. I though I immediately canceled my subscription after my first 3 months. I haven't used the last two months of this last subscription. I would like to revoke this 3 months. I should be able to cancel this within 24 hours. You can see I haven't used it. In Europe you have 14 Days to change your mind on a purchase. I would like a refund.

2 years agoI want to make sure no other charges are made and that the $23.70 you did change without my authorization be reversed. I never gave permission to charge me. So make sure you cancel any charges of any kind.
