I have had Mercedes Me in my 2020 GLC300 for almost two years and AT&T was my provider. Several days ago Tunein radio displayed a message: “A data package is required to use this service”. I am connected to the internet with in caw WiFi and all other functions of Mercedes Me work. But not Tunein radio. My dealer has no idea what’s wrong.

I purchased a 2020 c300 coupe and it’s mmc account is registered to the previous owner. this is a huge safety risk as that person has full access to my location and can control the car. please de-register them. my vin number is W1KWJ8EB8LF985896 and my name is Mastawesha Fekade Kassa.
