1 year agoKindly l have subscribed on the application KitUp but I feel to use the application since 5 months ago your are charging me for nothing please I won't cancel my subscription on the application

1 year agoThey charge me every month and content is not available. There is no option to cancel subscription neither in the app, online or iPhone. They are just stealing my money every month without even providing service. What should I do?

1. If you do not turn off automatic renewal in your iTunes account at least 24 hours before the end of your current subscription period, payment plans are automatically renewed.
2. You can turn off automatic renewal in your iTunes account settings, but you must do so before the last 24 hours before the end of the current period.
3. Your KitUP Premium subscription will be charged from your iTunes account.
4. At the end of the period, your subscription is automatically renewed again through your iTunes account.
