To reach LiveBarn's Support team, you should email contactus@redacted directly or go through their FAQ page. In addition, the information provided for cancellation on this site is incorrect. None of these methods can be used to cancel your LiveBarn subscription. In order to cancel you must go through your 'Profile' on a web browser and click 'Cancel'. This cannot be done through their app or your 'Subscriptions' tab. You MUST go directly to the LiveBarn website.

3 years agoLive Barn’s streaming service is so spotty I’m lucky if I catch a third of a hockey game no matter which rink I am watching. I miss so many plays and goals. Due to the pandemic, the only way I can watch my nephew and niece play is through this service, but the frustration is mounting. I shouldn’t have this much trouble on an iPad for a paid service.
