1 year agoBarking Labs charged $200 for a product that doesn’t accurately track my pet as they claim. I no longer wish to use their product.

2 years agoI was satisfied with the performance of the product, but if you ever need customer service, it is a PAIN. One of my dogs passed away before his yearly subscription renewed. I tried multiple times to contact customer service to cancel his subscription and even though their website says they respond within 'several business hours' that was not the case for me. It took them six days to respond to my original email. They asked which dog I was cancelling for and I told them. Then I got no response and they proceeded to charge me for the next year's subscription even though I had requested cancellation. NOT HAPPY! I am STILL trying to get a response from them and of course there's no phone number so I'm stuck using their stupid automated system or emails.
