1 year agoGood evening, This is Khloe. I recently subscribed ShadowLink app and unsubscribed it. However, I realized that I do need this app for this month only. I asked my cousin to order monthly subscription on my phone, but she didn’t check the deal and paid the bill. Usually weekly or monthly subscription pop up first and then annual subscription, but ShadowLink starts with annual subscription… could you please change my annual subscription to monthly since I only need one month. I really appreciate it.

1. You can cancel your subscription or trial anytime by canceling your subscription through your iTunes account settings, or it will automatically renew.
2. Please note: any unused portion of a trial period (if offered) will be forfeited when you purchase a premium subscription during the trial period.
3. This must be done 24 hours before the end of the trial or any subscription period to avoid being charged.
4. Subscription with a trial period will automatically renew to a paid subscription.
