Delete on iPhone:

On your homescreen, Tap and hold MyNM by Northwestern Medicine until it starts shaking.
Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
Click on that X to delete the MyNM by Northwestern Medicine app.

Delete on Android:

Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
Choose MyNM by Northwestern Medicine, » then click "Uninstall".

July 18, 2022 I did not read the MyChart agreement carefully or I would never have joined. If I had recognized that I was signing any agreement that included an arbitration agreement, I would never have signed up. At this time, I am trapped by circumstances that keep me from leaving Northwestern Medicine until those health issues are resolved. That is, if your system doesn’t kill me first. Fortunately, NW is the only hospital group in the greater Chicago area that has gone so far astray. Based on my experiences thus far, you must have also decided that a certain number of lives lost each year due to negligent actions by the hospital is acceptable! Dennis
