1. If you are trying to quit smoking, create a counter and set the last time you had a cigarette.
2. The app will show you how long itβs been since you smoked for the last time.
3. Create a counter for each habit that you are trying to get rid of.
4. Whenever you want to smoke again, open Days Since and check your progress.
5. Tracking your progress will help you stay motivated.
