3 years agoAccount was Frozen with no notification at all attempts to talk to customer service is laughable they always hang up on you before you ever even get to reach the representative and emails have gone after 3 days now and not being responded to when I finally did get a call back from customer service on the 4th day I was told that my account is under review and if they would have to talk to the review department and get back to me I still heard nothing back basically just got off the without helping me whatsoever and since no correspondence I need access to my money. Or at least the reason why my account is under review and I'm not allowed to to access my funds. Tried to close account and of course they say they'll get back with me.. we'll see
