Things to note before removing GRID:
- The developer of GRID is New Era GmbH and all inquiries must go to them.
- The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like New Era GmbH to delete all your data it holds. New Era GmbH must comply within 1 month.
- The CCPA lets American residents request that New Era GmbH deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone 📱
Delete on iPhone:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold GRID until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the GRID app.
Delete on Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
- Choose GRID, » then click "Uninstall".

1. You’ll get a personal QR code, which you can use to pay for anything in the club or event, including tickets, drinks and tips.
2. Scan your personal QR at the door to access the event.
3. You can check your stuff at coat check using your personal QR.
4. Order drinks through the app and skip long lines at the bar.
5. Get notified when they’re ready for pick-up.
6. When it's pick-up time, just scan your QR again and get everything back.
7. Purchase tickets from within the app.
