1 year agoBET+ it's a shame and a disgrace that you refuse to do better by the customers trying to support you. Why is it easier to cancel my subscription than for you to see that we have the service? Why do I have Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, several streaming services up and running and BET+ the only one not working for 2 months now. I am in Atlanta if that helps you any. Level 2 Xfinity techs have advised that you have been having problems for quite sometime. There is no excuse for this.

2 years agoI've been trying to cancel my BET + subscription since May. I've called the number that appears on my bank statement but it goes to a fast busy. My bank has even refunded me for a few months of 9.99 and I even got a new bank card thinking that would resolve the problem but the nightmare continues. BAD BUSINESS. Whenever I get this resolved, I WILL NEVER EVER SUBSCRIBE TO THIS APP AGAIN AND TELL I"M GONNA TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO DO THE SAME.

2 years agoI wanted B.E.T. + but after seeing the problem as usual with Black People I changed my mind and do without seeing the shows I would like to see. Not only that but there is no way to contact a real person from customer service this makes it a little fishy and not safe to get.

2 years agoTo cancel subscription using ROKU before selecting the APP click the * over the app and it will say manage subscription.. this is 10000% accurate. Hope this helps
