Things to note before removing Cycle Tracking:

  1. The developer of Cycle Tracking is Apple and all inquiries must go to them.
  2. Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of Apple to know if they support self-serve subscription cancellation:
  3. The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like Apple to delete all your data it holds. Apple must comply within 1 month.
  4. The CCPA lets American residents request that Apple deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone 📱


Delete on iPhone:


  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold Cycle Tracking until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the Cycle Tracking app.

Delete on Android:


  1. Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
  2. Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
  3. Choose Cycle Tracking, » then click "Uninstall".

7. • When your phone is locked with a passcode, all your health and fitness data in the Health app — other than your Medical ID — is encrypted.

8. Easily log your period, including flow levels, symptoms and fertility information.

9. • Easily track results from ovulation prediction kits, or readings from a basal body thermometer.

10. • Use the daily log to note flow level and any symptoms such as cramps, headaches and bloating.
