2 years agoI tried picture insect as I thought it was a free app. It’s not and I am not very happy that I got charged 29.99. I am requesting a pro rated refund. If I don’t receive a pro rated refund I will get the charges reversed on my credit card. This is deceptive advertising and when I tried the app it didn’t give me a warning that I was going to be charged. Please give me pro rated return.
