Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Ticket 763450 just sent a very discussing message. I wanted to cancel and sent request. It was not done the right for you customer service so they decided to throw around some great vocabulary. In my request on May 25th asked to cancel both accounts but, you charged me anyway. Your customer service person thought it smart to treat me with disrespect. Not knowing computers real well they took on an attitude. Please send last payment back and correct your customer service as well. I will tell 10 people about this service. Margo kohl
