1 year agoI downloaded the app and was only interested in the free trial which was only available with the full-year subscription. I was billed $$44.00 for the full year as it was the only option for the free trial. My grandkids were here and we thought we'd try this app out. I didn't want a yr. subscription. I will not be using this app. I canceled but was charged. Please refund my $44.00 subscription. Please

1 year agoHi there. I downloaded the app and used the 7 day free trial but I was not able to cancel it before it expired. I was billed $63.83 for the full year as it was the only option for the free trial. I was wondering if I can get a refund of the full amount. I don't think I will use the app in the future and have cancelled it already. Your response will mean a lot. Thank you
