2 years agoI am trying to cancel my membership as my son no longer has the cat and my 6 months is up tomorrow. The phone numbers are no good and no one can help.. I need this membership canceled asap. I need help and no one seems to care about this. This is the worse program that I have ever dealt with.

3 years agoI was misled by their representatives at the Thrive Vet. Clinic on Ella Blvd, in Houston, TX. They will not cancel! I was not provided with a contract, I did not sign a contract and there is no contract!!!! But they want to continue to draft my account for the next 3 months. I don't want to use Thrive anymore. The Veterinarians are wonderful. HOWEVER, the vet techs and people who work the front desk are AWFUL!! They are full of BAD attitudes. They constantly act like I am an interruption in their day. I have watched them with others and have discussed this with others outside the clinic. The staff act as if this is a real bother and pain to provide information. When you ask them an additional question their first response is I don't know! If you ask them to go find out their attitude is AWFUL! They act EXTREMELY put out and one even used the response look lady!!!! When I talked with another customer outside the clinic, she told me she was served the same kind of attitude. If this is how they are treating me ... how are they treating my pets. Since covid 19 I have not been allowed to go in.... so how would I know? I can not continue to trust this clinic anymore!! I will not trust any Thrive clinic because of the experience at the clinic and how blood-thirsty they seem to be to go after an additional $90.00 from me. I live on a very small fixed income and cannot afford to throw my money away on this mess.

3 years agoI wanted to cancel the club withdrawal of $10. a month since I don't use it often enough for charges, I also was told that I couldn't cancel until 6 mos. I got all of my charges out & found that I'd been charge twice in one month & these are the charges on my c/c 10-03-2020 11-10-2020 12-03-2020 12-28-2020 01-03-2021 02-08-2021 03-03-2021 04-03-2021 I originally thought that this was only a one time $10. amount I would like this account closed ASAP Please.
