3 years agoCan you please refund everyone that didn’t want to purchase a whole year of this when we expected a trial and to be able to cancel. No one wants to use this for a year we wanted to try it out to see if it’s worth it. When I look up how to get a refund you tell us to apply but then say there’s no invoice attached to be able to be granted one? Makes no sense there must be an invoice as you took the money

3 years agoI used the app for less than five minutes and it charged me a yearly subscription, (not even a monthly charge) I cancelled my subscription and don't plan to use this app because it does not offer the features I need. Please refund me since I won't be using it for the remaining twelves months of this subscription. No where on your site does it allows me to contact for help.

1. You may cancel automatic renewal and manage your subscription by selecting Manage App Subscriptions in your iTunes Account settings and selecting the subscription you want to modify.
2. Should you choose to upgrade to a Premium subscription, payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
3. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a Premium subscription, where applicable.
