2 years agoI want to cancel this membership NOW! And stop billing me. I also want you to delete my account as you decrease a credit limit for me from $900 to $300 and reported it to the credit bureau. I did not know I had a credit limit. VERY misleading and you're messing with my credit score. I WANT TO CANCEL NOW!!!!

2 years agoI can't find a way to get ahold of anyone from the company to cancel. I've been paying $8 per month for the last 4 or 5 months, and I have only used this thing once. When I first got it, because it loads really weird so you don't even know how much you got on there, and it's usually not much. Plus I forgot my PIN # so I wouldn't be able to use it now if I even tried. And just this morning, I think the card is actually locked now b/c I called an 800# trying to reach someone and accidentally hit the #1 trying to get a person and the recording said "Your card is now Locked" as if I had reported it lost or stolen. I was like 'wow! They don't even do that through a person? Just hit a button?' And it was asking me if I wanted to order another card. "NO! I Want to speak to a Human!! Gosh, darn it all to heck!" "And every other non-expletive expletive I can say without saying cuz it's frustrating! LOL!"
