9 months agoI dont have any subscription to charge on my Google Play Store. Even so, I searched for Luvly to cancel my subscription before it got renewed but still, there was no subscription to pay. But later I got a charge from Luvly in my account. So I strongly disagree with this charge and I request for my refund.

11 months agoHi I emailed you a, couple of weeks ago and haven’t heard back. I paid by credit card in November for a 3 month subscription to face yoga and I do NOT wish to autorenew at the end. Please could you cancel my card to ensure no further payment is taken. I wish to use the app until the end of my paid 3 months. I never even heard of your company, & don't do business with companies outside the US!! I WANT IT CANCELED AND THE 2 CHARGES FOR $39.95 & $10.00 REVERSED BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT ASAP. 1 year agoI DID NOT EVER authorize you to take money from my account and I do not know how you got my info. I do not have your app on my cell or computer and I do not want your products. You have charged my account three times - twice at $39.98 each and once at $19.99. Reimburse me immediately or I will report this to my bank as a fraud, which it is.
