1 year agoI never wanted a subscription, I just wanted to download the app and inform myself. PLEASE CANCEL my subscription. It's not possible on my iPhone, but the amount of money was already booked from my account!

3 years agoI decided to download the app and try it only because it said that it is giving me a 3 day free trial. However, when I signed up for it, it instead charged me a monthly subscription of $37.99. Had I known that, I would have never signed up for it! So i feel like i got tricked! I would like a refund! Could you please advise?
