4 years agoThis is the second message regarding the product. I will not process the subscription for unlimited usage. It locks up in the processing phase and will not complete the upgrade. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and rebooting my PC. Nothing seems to work. I see my account has been debited for $53.30. I need this amount refunded. I am very disappointed with this whole transaction. I can submit any information regarding this issue. If I don't hear from you shortly I will commence a dispute with PayPal & my bank. Regards,
