1 year agoHi, I started a 3 day free trail tonight however I could not do what I wanted on the App so cancelled. However the app won't let me cancel until after 3 days when the payment will be taken. This is not what was advertised and have dontvwant to pay the subscription charge as I've never used the app. Can the payment be cancelled? If not can it be refunded? Thanks Adam

1. – Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase (After free trial period if offered).
2. – Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
