Deleting from Smartphone 📱
Delete on iPhone:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold BTB Event Live until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the BTB Event Live app.
Delete on Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
- Choose BTB Event Live, » then click "Uninstall".

1 year agoI would like a refund on an event that I purchased by mistake. The event was Girls UA Rise Session II. I purchased it at 11:25am on 07/09/2023. I purchased the correct event a few minutes later when I relized my error. The one I purchased and accessed later is the Run For The Roses Championship 07/09 -07/11/2023. I never acessed the Girls UA Rise Session II as i have no grandchildren in that event. Please respond as to your decision on this matter. Thank You!

1 year agoI signed up to have BTB service for the MLK Volleyball tournament in Westfield, IN. I was unable to watch any video due to message of ‘technical difficulty’. I paid twice hoping the error was on my end. Now that I’ve read complaints regarding the service, or lack thereof, I would like a refund. I was unable to watch any of my granddaughter’s tournament play. Please contact me, ASAP.

1. You must be a verified parent/guardian/family member of an athlete participating in a US-based club or high school tournament/camp powered by the BeTheBeast Event platform in order to gain access to this app.
2. You also have easy access to the full event schedule (with real-time updates), team list, rosters, brackets, and up to date score information during the event.
3. BeTheBeast's BTB Event Live app provides you with the inside information about the recruiting activity that is happening at your child's events.
4. It then also closes the recruiting "loop" by notifying you, after the tournament or camp, which colleges "followed" your child for the purpose of evaluating them.
5. Our app tells you which colleges & coaches are scouting the event.
6. You can also follow teams to gain quick access to the schedules for just the players/teams you are interested in.
7. This app is not intended for college coaches or club coaches.
