We have made it super easy to delete UniFi Verify account and/or app.

Things to note before removing UniFi Verify:

  1. The developer of UniFi Verify is Ubiquiti Inc. and all inquiries must go to them.
  2. Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of Ubiquiti Inc. to know if they support self-serve subscription cancellation:
  3. The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like Ubiquiti Inc. to delete all your data it holds. Ubiquiti Inc. must comply within 1 month.
  4. The CCPA lets American residents request that Ubiquiti Inc. deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

  1. 100% Contact Match


  2. 58.82% Contact Match


  3. Support channel
  4. Vist Terms/Privacy


Deleting from Smartphone 📱


Delete on iPhone:


  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold UniFi Verify until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the UniFi Verify app.

Delete on Android:


  1. Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
  2. Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
  3. Choose UniFi Verify, » then click "Uninstall".

1. Verify can also supply users with a set of single-use passwords that can be stored locally on their phones should they ever need to circumvent an issue with their main 2FA method.

2. With this feature enabled, users will need to provide their password and a time-sensitive verification code generated either in the app or via push notification.
