How to Cancel DasherDirect By Payfare | Save $9.99/mth

I recently got a new doordash account after months of not being able to, I have a dasher direct card from my previous account. So I get on my new account with doordash and sign up for dasher direct and it sends me an email saying that I have duplicate applications and to use the old card. But there’s no option to use it with this account unless I want to get paid every week (which I don’t). If I delete my original dasher direct will the problem resolve itself?

Dasherdirect card has been used fraudulently since 11/27/2022 several times. I've locked the cards, deactivated and replaced the cards 4 times since this began. I've call dasherdirect support over a dozen times about this. They have done nothing. I'm showing charges billed to the new card just ordered that hasn't even been printed or mailed out to me yet. Now support is telling me I've never called them or reported the fraud. The reps hang up on me or say they are transferring to supervisor then transfer me to my own cell phone where I reach my voicemail.

Coustoumer service is a joke, I haven't received payment since 10/25 and call about to 4 times a day and still no resolution

DO NOT USE DASHERDIRECT THEY ALLOWED MY FULL BALANCE TO BE STOLEN BY A SCAMMER WHO TRANSFERRED MY ENTIRE BALANCE OUT VIA ACH!!!!!!

at the begging when I got the account it was working fine, one day I got a charge on line and I report it replaced my card and since them I don't get my money transfer from doordash to my dash direct account. I call door dash they send to dash direct and dashdirect send me back to doordash and no one can help and fix the problem.

I signed up for dasher direct on the 7th of February 2021 was approved the same day and it started doing daily payouts to my dasher direct account from my dasher app starting Monday the 8th. However the money has not shown up in my DasherDirect account and it has been taken from my dasher app. I need this fixed ASAP. I will be calling right at 9am EST. This is unacceptable. I am owed $95.03.
