1 year agoI want to cancel my remaining partial order and get an adjusted refund. I never received the two blouses (which were for a gift) now I needed to replace the gift and I have no need for these items. Your delays have caused great distress and you have not explained why there were delays and/or told me when I would expected delivery. You have no live customer service. I emailed you before and heard nothing back. You took my money and have not shipped the items. I don't believe that is legally allowed. Payment of the missing items should not have been charged. I have now canceled the subscription for rewards that is charging my card $10 a month which I had not realized would be a charged program. You have charged my card $20 which I would also like refunded. I have been a loyal customer when you had retail stores but now I want to resolve this and get my credit card information back from your company, close my account and stop all communications AFTER I have received my refund!

3 years agoCan't unsubscribe from email list. The email that is sent will not allow you to unsubscribe. There is no pics just real small words telling you to tap on but will not come up on screen. I've tried to contact them to ask to unsubscribe several times and they say they will but continue to get several emails a day from them. It's beginning to be harassment.
