🚨 Guide to Canceling Memorize 👇

Note before cancelling:

  1. The developer of Memorize is LIKECRAZY Inc. and all inquiries go to them.
  2. Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of LIKECRAZY Inc. to know if they support self-serve subscription cancellation:
  3. Always cancel subscription 24 hours before it ends.

   

🌐 Cancel directly via Memorize

  1. 🌍 Contact Memorize Support

  2. Mail Memorize requesting that they cancel your account:
    1. E-Mail: support+japanese+android@memorize.tech
  3. Login to your Memorize account.
  4. In the menu section, look for any of these: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".
  5. Click the link, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

End Memorize subscription on iPhone/iPad:

  1. Goto Settings » ~Your name~ » "Subscriptions".
  2. Click Memorize (subscription) » Cancel

Cancel subscription on Android:

  1. Goto Google PlayStore » Menu » "Subscriptions"
  2. Click on Memorize: Learn Japanese Words
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription".

💳 Cancel Memorize on Paypal:

  1. Goto Paypal.com .
  2. Click "Settings" » "Payments" » "Manage Automatic Payments" (in Automatic Payments dashboard).
  3. You'll see a list of merchants you've subscribed to.
  4. Click on "Memorize" or "LIKECRAZY Inc." to cancel.
