I downloaded this more than a month ago. I was charged 29 euros (VAT incl.) for a one year subscription without even asking for my permission. I noticed a month later that you took my money... Just because you secretly stole it! I want my money back - never used the app, and still got charged? Why did you rob me? Refund me, otherwise I am taking action

I was mislead into thinking this was a free app. I haven’t used the app and would like it removed from my account immediately without incurring any charges.

I feel misguided by the term FREE trial policy by this app. Installed, used for just 1-2 hours, then deleted. Expected the app to expire automatically, but shocked to find that my debit card has been charged automaticallly without my authorisation. Only then came to my knowledge that ToonMe has subscribed me automatically and i have to unsubscribe manually. I unsubscibed just minutes after the amount deduction, but the plan still goes for another year and ToonMe refused to refund back my money. Never heard of any app to have the authority to forcefully subscribe users to pay from their cards after Trial period elapsed. I need my money to be refunded immediately, or i'm gonna have this company sued.

I purchased a plan for one year 24.99$ than I moved to monthly plan which is 4.99$ Will I get a refund of the remaining amount of the one year plan before the next bill please help me
