Note before cancelling:

  1. The developer of Contact Groups is Godfrey Raftesath and all inquiries go to them.
  2. Always cancel subscription 24 hours before it ends.

   

🌐 Cancel directly via Contact Groups

  1. Mail Contact Groups requesting that they cancel your account:
  2. Login to your Contact Groups account.
  3. In the menu section, look for any of these: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".
  4. Click the link, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

End Contact Groups subscription on iPhone/iPad:

  1. Goto Settings » ~Your name~ » "Subscriptions".
  2. Click Contact Groups (subscription) » Cancel

Cancel subscription on Android:

  1. Goto Google PlayStore » Menu » "Subscriptions"
  2. Click on Contact Groups
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription".

💳 Cancel Contact Groups on Paypal:

  1. Goto Paypal.com .
  2. Click "Settings" » "Payments" » "Manage Automatic Payments" (in Automatic Payments dashboard).
  3. You'll see a list of merchants you've subscribed to.
  4. Click on "Contact Groups" or "Godfrey Raftesath" to cancel.

About Contact Groups?


1. Contact Groups can select and delete multiple contacts at the same time - select a group, tap Not In Group, tap Select and then select one or more contacts and tap the trash can that has appeared.

2. Contact first name, last name and organisation are checked when searching to filter the contacts in a list - those in the current group or those not in the current group.

3. Contact Groups can send an email to all members of a group.

4. The app makes it very easy to create groups of frequently-used contacts eg those people you call frequently without having to search for them in Recents or putting them all in Favourites.

5. The Contacts in a Group can be exported via the app as a VCard file for sharing or importing into other machines and devices, or saved to Files or DropBox etc for backup purposes.
