I have had my HEB debit card since they came out in 2022. I have been able to transfer money from my RBFCU debit card until recently. Now I get a message that there is a problem with my card issuer. So I called my bank. They checked my card. It's fine. I called HEB debit card and they said my HEB card has my name Dennis Johnson and my bank has Dennis L Johnson. All of my bank credit and debit cards have Dennis L Johnson. Can you issue me a new HEB debit card with Dennis L Johnson? My HEB account will not allow me to transfer $$ to my HEB debit account. It has in the past.
