Tonight, I took the quiz for your weight loss program. At the end, I decided to join. I was told I would lose the 13 pounds in about 4 weeks, reaching my goal. I decided to sign up for the 4 weeks program and gave my debit card information. When it was just about to be finalized, a popup appeared that said I would weigh 187 by November, which clearly wasn't me. I only needed to lose 13 lbs and they said I would have met my goal by September 6th. This is a scam and I want to make sure my debit card never gets charged!!! I need someone to get back to me ASAP

I never signed up for this app and I certainly did not complete any membership payments for it. I do not use apps on my phone. Your company has compromised my debit care twice in one month trying to take money (79.20). You tried again yesterday and my credit union did not allow it to go through and reported it as fraud, which it is. Now my new card has been compromised by you and I have no idea how you got the new number. STOP TRYING TO GET $79.20 FROM MY ACCOUNT!!! I have never authorized a payment to your company!!!!
