3 years agoHi, I downloaded this app about a month ago and used it once during the free trial. I have not used the app since and just checked my bank and I’ve been charged £38.99 for a 6 month renewal when I haven’t even used the app. I need this money for food and bills please can I get it back. My Apple ID is louislm999@redacted and it renewed today and was charged today. You can check my account to prove I haven’t been using this service. Looking forward to hearing back. Thank you, Louis
