1 month agoHello, I haven't been able to use the app for several months, because the screen "freezes" and I can't surf. I receive a message "Track your good deeds" Tap here and mark your habit....." and the application does not respond. I ask that I be credited for all the charges that have been up to now because I could not not use the application nor cancel the subscription. Thank you Iris

11 months agoHi, My daughter is being charged $43.99 per month from Habio.app LEMESOS – she is 15 and can’t figure out how to stop this charge. She doesn’t have the app on her phone – and so we can’t cancel it this way, it could be on her old phone which is broken. We tried cancelling her card to stop these transactions going through, but they just started up with the issue of a new card: She has been charged the below: 17Aug23 AUD $1.49 effective 15/08/23 25Sep23 AUD $43.99 effective 22/09/23 26Oct23 AUD $43.99 effective 18/10/23 25Nov23 AUD $43.99 effective 17/11/23 Please cancel asap.

1 year agoI have canceled this on my IPhone and made sure the subscription was canceled through the website months again and this morning as I was looking at my bank account I noticed I was charged again for $55.52 agsin for something I canceled months and months ago. I want this application to be canceled at your end also and want to be refunded for the $55.52 as I don’t use your services for this Habio application. 1 year agoHi, I did not get the app, I just tried the free trial, and then I cancelled from my subscription , and now I got a debit from my account yesterday for $43,99 I don’t understand because when I got the free trial was on July this year, how is posible, now on September they charged me for one app that I don’t have it? 1 year agoUntrustworthy! Not easy to cancel at all. Habio terminate subscription app screen and cancel subscription page do not allow users to cancel their subscription. Neither of these accept the requestion email address used for payment. Support emails are multiple and the company has addresses in Cyprus and Russia.
