Deleting from Smartphone š±
Delete on iPhone:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold Clapper: Video, Live, Chat until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the Clapper: Video, Live, Chat app.
Delete on Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
- Choose Clapper: Video, Live, Chat, » then click "Uninstall".

2 years agoIt is VERY important to NOT join anyones Community or page or group or WHATEVER they want to call it. Got robbed of $50 from a FAKE BUSINESS/ACCOUNT, and thereās nowhere to truly report it, or flag the persons fake account. Itās hard enough to find out how to cancel, and I find it ridiculous that you canāt straight up communicate with anyone on Clapper that would investigate so I suspect there are TONS of people going through what I did, and all I was trying to do was support handicapped elderly people!! Needless to say, Iām canceling my entire account with Clapper, the creators arenāt very interesting and I dislike how they have the entire thing sent up. TikTok is way more user friendly even though they listen to complaints TOO well and delete innocent peoples content but they donāt allow creators to rip you off so easily!! I could only report them as spam and fraud but no place to put any details. Stupid functionality, honestly.
