3 years agoI paid $59.99 for a year subscription and now it says it’s not available. I contacted Apple and they said to contact the developer with is next to impossible. I didn’t want to cancel I just want to be able to use it!

4 years agoI am very upset as we didn’t know we were not signing up for a free trial period. I have emailed the developers asking for my money back as it was not clear that they would charge us immediately when signing up for the proposed free trial. It’s not free if you are charging me 60 bucks for this app. I am very upset. I have also disputed the transaction on PayPal.

4 years agoI was just thinking that it is for a free 1 month trial but then they have deducted already an amount of 150 AED from my account. I would like to refund as I just mistakenly subscribe and there was no prompt saying that payment should be done on the time of purchase except for the fact that there is 1 month trial period.
