3 years agoI have paid for two reports at a discounted price and downloaded one only - it did not meet my expectations, the report was NOT informative - I found it a total waste of money. I contacted the support and tried to cancel, but after long weird correspondance I was refused to be refunded within 14 days. I tried it again and pressed that I did not even use the other report download opportunity - this time they refunded half of the fund.
