Cancel My Pulse-Heart Rate Monitor Subscription & Save $64.82/mth

I want to cancel my free subscription before auto renew. This app has no unsubscibe or cancel features.

I didn’t agree to the purchase when I downloaded the app. And I have not been able to cancel the subscription that I did not ask for. There has to be a way out of this mishap.

Hello - I downloaded this app on my iphone. When I realized there was a weekly subscription I immediately deleted the app. Unfortunately that did not cancel my subscription and I have been charged weekly for this. I tried to cancel following your direction but when I get to subscriptions and see the app and click on it, no cancelation screen opens. Help please. I am on a limited income and need the charges stopped, I have not used this app as I deleted it from my iphone the same day I downloaded it from the ap store

I just did a heart rate test and it billed me $85.99. Please return my money!

i just tried to check the app and RS 7500 was charged from my account without confirming. NOW I HAVE DELETED THE APP. KINDLY REFUND THE AMOUNT

I have sent numerous comments that I am very disappointed! I was charged 69.99 + tax = 75.59) without my permission. I thought this was a free app but I recieved a bill. My my previous email that I enrolled in (lissy.zaremba@redacted) does not allow to view this website anymore. I have included my other email (lissy.zaremba1@redacted). Please reimburse me!

I want to make sure I am not charged for this app which I immediately deleted within minutes of being installed on my iPhone. It was promoted as a free app but is not the case. And there is no where to cancel/remove it from the Apple subscription list.

This was downloaded on my phone without letting me know there would be a charge. Please REIMBURSE me immediately. I cancelled within 15 minutes after downloading.

This app is promoting itself as free. IT IS NOT!! and even after you cancel within the said timeframe, you still get charged $69.99. I NEED A REFUND. This is disappointing. They should be ashamed of themselves!

Please cancel my subscription and issue a refund. it states the app is free then it charged me $89.99. This is fraud. you states it is free, but it is not. you should not charge my credit card. I am calling my credit card to stop the payment.

Promoted as free and then like all free apps with a click of a button charged me 104 dollars. Cancelled subscription within seconds and will be calling VISA to get a refund. The payment process is incredibly misleading on behalf of the App store.
