1 year agoI have sent Jacquie Lawson e-cards via my iPad for 10 years. It has been a great convenience, virtually problem free. For the last few times I have attempted to send a card there has been a glitch. I choose my card, write my message and then press email. At this point it is transferred to the emailing window but my message has completely disappeared! We do have a PC and I can send successfully from there if necessary but I prefer my IPAd and can’t understand why this is happening. Thanks for your help. Margot Gurney

1 year agoMy business was a customer for several years but when I retired in 2019 and no longer needed your service I sent you an email cancelling my a/c. Today I received my visa bill for this month and found my visa account had been billed for $30.00 by your company. I'm assuming this was an error and need you to email me a confirmation that this charge was in error so I can get this charge deleted from my visa bill. 2 years agoAll I wanted to do is cancel my subscription to your wonderful cards. My problem is that all my recipients have died--how often have you heard that one? I just can't believe it! I sincerely thank you for your great service while I was able to use is it. I looked at all your ways to stop your services but only got really confused. The more I read, the more vegetable soup it became. I couldn't even apply my password correctly. I'm frustrated. I've got major surgery tomorrow and am trying not to get all worked up. I probably won't be checking back with you for another week or two. thank you for listening... kathy.

2 years agoI was bill on 12/16/2021 for a 2 year subscription of $30.00 Then on 1/2/2022 I was again charged $20.00. I have tried to get this handled and even sent an e-mail on 1/14/2022 and to date have not even had the courtsey of any response. Very dissappointed with your service.
